Preventive maintenance
Scheduled PMs on your intervals, tracked in the portal, quoted by SRT before a wrench turns.

Maintenance you can plan around
A PM program puts your intervals on a schedule, your pricing on a standard, and your service history somewhere your team can actually reach it. The point is not the oil change — it is knowing which units are due, what they cost, and what was found last time.
Intervals are set per unit and scheduled around how the fleet actually runs: by mileage, by hours, or by the calendar. The mobile shop comes to the yard, so a PM does not cost you a driver for the morning.

What a program includes
- SRT-based pricing
- Work is quoted from standard repair times, so the same task costs the same on every unit, every visit. You can budget a PM cycle before it starts.
- Intervals per unit
- Set by mileage, engine hours or the calendar, whichever matches how that unit actually runs. Units on different duty cycles get different schedules.
- Scheduling and reminders
- Upcoming PMs are tracked and booked ahead, so a service is a planned visit rather than a scramble after something fails.
- Customer portal
- Service history, open items, upcoming PMs and invoices in one place, unit by unit. Your team sees what we see.
- Deferred items tracked
- Anything found but not fixed on the visit is logged with a recommendation, then scheduled — not left in the file for the next provider to find.
- Inspection alongside
- Annual DOT inspections can be scheduled into the same visit so a unit is off the line once rather than twice.
Starting a program
- 01
Walk the fleet
We go through what you run, how hard each unit works, and what your current intervals are — including the ones that exist on paper only.
- 02
Set the schedule
Intervals are agreed per unit and loaded against the fleet, with the first cycle booked around your operating windows.
- 03
Service in your yard
The mobile shop works the scheduled units on site. Findings are recorded against the unit, not against the visit.
- 04
Review and adjust
Intervals move as the data comes in. A unit that keeps finding nothing gets stretched; one that keeps finding wear gets tightened.
Before you call
How small a fleet can start a program?
Programs are built per fleet rather than to a minimum unit count. Call dispatch with what you run and it can be scoped from there.
Can you take over an existing schedule?
Yes. Bring whatever records you have and the intervals already in place; the program is built on top of them rather than starting from zero.
What does the portal show?
Service history, open and deferred items, upcoming PMs and invoices, unit by unit. Your team sees the same record the technician does.
Does a PM visit include repairs?
Anything found during a PM is quoted before it is done. Small items are usually closed out on the same visit; larger ones are scheduled.
