What this site collects
Patriot Fleet Services runs a static marketing website. Most of it can be read without submitting anything. Information reaches us in two ways:
- Forms you fill in. The service request, general enquiry and careers forms collect the fields shown on them — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the location of the work, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Standard server logs. Like any website, requests to this site are logged by the hosting platform, which records the request itself and the network information that comes with it.
Why we hold it
Information submitted through a form is used to answer you and to carry out the work you are asking for: scoping a job, scheduling a technician, quoting a programme, or considering an application. It is not used for anything else, and it is not sold.
[Insert the lawful basis your counsel identifies for each purpose, and any marketing consent language if the client intends to send marketing.]
Who else sees it
Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and the business — hosting, email and the systems used to manage service records — and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
[List the actual processors once confirmed: hosting provider, form handler, email provider, and any fleet management or CRM system that receives enquiries.]
How long we keep it
[Insert retention periods. These should be set deliberately — enquiries, service records and job applications are unlikely to warrant the same period.]
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If tracking or analytics is added later, this section has to be updated before it goes live, and a consent mechanism may be required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
[Insert the rights that actually apply to the client's jurisdictions and customer base, along with how to exercise them and how long a response takes.]
Contact
Questions about this policy should go to [insert the contact point and postal address the client wants published]. In the meantime, general enquiries can be sent through the contact page.
